Job Description Territory- Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha and Green Bay
As a Business Development Representative you will identify and nurture strategic relationships with partners or potential customers. Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. Research and analyzes current and future business opportunities. Works with marketing, sales and product solutions teams to implement business development initiatives. This is an "apprentice" type position with objective to develop into a sales role. Duties Responsibilities: Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails and present to the company Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction Build long-term trusting relationships with clients Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and sales team Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans Knowledge, Skills Abilities: Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Ability to deliver engaging presentations Strong desire to learn products, company and business Education Experience:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field or comparable experience. Previous sales experience a plus but not required Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) a plus but not required.
