Responsibilities: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives to drive sales. Identify and reach out to business owners with provided warm leads - NO COLD CALLING! Communicate the benefits of utilizing Inc Authority as a business formation partner to potential customers in a clear and compelling manner. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions and proposals that identify new opportunities for business growth along with providing a great customer experience throughout the sales process. Assist in the execution of business development strategies and initiatives Consult clients on business name checks, compliancy, registration timelines, legal documentation, etc. No experience? No problem. We have a structured training program that focuses on training and development for all new hires.
Benefits: Base ($20.00/hr) + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses + SPIFFS (Our Consultants make on average between $50,000 and $70,000 in their first year!) Comprehensive and structured training and development programs to support your professional growth - PAID training provided. Collaborative and supportive work environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm - NO WEEKENDS NO OVERTIME Company sponsored Health & Dental Requirements: Previous experience in business development, account management, or related roles is a plus - but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving growth and creating value Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in MS Office and/or CRM software How to Apply: If you're a proactive and driven individual with a passion for business development and building relationships, we'd love to hear from you!
