$500 Sign-On Bonus! Responsibilities: Industry Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies within the HRIS, ATS, LMS, VMS / Contingent Workforce space. Develop a deep understanding of client needs and requirements specific to these systems. Have knowledge of the "players" in this industry, their strengths, and possess a plan on how to become their strategic partner Sourcing and Talent Identification: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks. Build a pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs. Candidate Engagement: Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with both technical requirements and cultural fit. Foster strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with prospective and current clients to assess their HR technology needs, challenges, and requirements Provide insights into market conditions and competitive landscapes. Market Mapping: Conduct market mapping exercises to identify key players, industry trends, and potential business opportunities within the HR technology space. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates. Utilize data to drive continuous improvement in recruitment strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a recruiter in the HRIS, ATS, LMS, or VMS space. In-depth knowledge of HR technology, software solutions, and industry-specific terminology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients. Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
