We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Business Development Associate. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in expanding our client base and driving growth for our event marketing firm. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market segments for our services. Schedule and coordinate meetings and presentations with prospective clients to discuss their event marketing needs. Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations for client meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Assist in the development of marketing materials and strategies to promote our services and attract new clients. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
