About the role Join our team as a full-time Business Development and End Customer Sales Manager, operating remotely on the dynamic East Coast of the United States. In this pivotal role, you will support the sales team by managing and nurturing a high-performing sales team, crafting and executing strategic initiatives, fostering enduring client relationships, and consistently achieving sales objectives.
Formulate and implement comprehensive end user sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Cultivate and sustain strong client partnerships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Analyze market dynamics and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. Utilize a consultative sales approach to recommend comprehensive solutions that integrate i3 Technologies' products with existing infrastructure and workflows to deliver maximum value and ROI. Prepare insightful sales reports and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize business outcomes. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the sales function. Your profile & skillset Demonstrated track record of success in sales and business development. Exceptional leadership acumen with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Aptitude for building and nurturing long-term client relationships. Proficiency in sales methodologies, techniques, and CRM software. Strong analytical mindset coupled with problem-solving capabilities. Self-driven and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets. Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and team members. Previous experience in the technology industry preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
