As an Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, represent clients in various legal proceedings, and provide expert legal advice. Key Responsiblities:
* The attorney will be working on broad based corporate transactional matters, including entity formation, M&A, joint ventures, financing, real estate, etc
* This role will involve drafting of corporate contracts and real estate documents
* The attorney hired for this position will work directly with law firm partners
Qualifications:
* 3 to 5 years of corporate and transactional experience in law
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
* Extremely well presented, client facing, excellent communication skills
* Admission to the state bar and in good standing with all applicable bar associations
* A strong work ethic
