Position Description:

* Work as part of a Digital Business Automation Fleet Institutional Investment Services workflow automation squad to develop all new workflows for our highest net worth clients.

* Analyze business processes, functions and procedures across multiple business units.

* Analyze Web Services and APIs to support business processes and system integration across multiple business units.

* Create user stories for business and functional requirements, including workflow, business rules, use cases, activity and sequence diagrams.

* Act as liaison between business units and software development teams, management and users.

* Become a subject matter expert on the workflows.

* Assist with QA/Testing to develop test plans and more detailed test cases.

* Work with the project team and business to identify and resolve issues that arise during projects or as part of day-to-day business operations.

* Actively contribute and participate in design and architecture discussions, daily stand-ups, and Agile Sprint planning sessions.

Required Skills:

* 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role.

* Excellent verbal and presentation skills.

* Strong analytical and people skills, including thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

* Experience within an Agile framework and Proficient in JIRA.

* Basic understanding of systems design such as service oriented and microservice architecture.

* Detailed understanding of system-to-system communication, contracts, and sequence diagrams.

* Willingness to learn and grow.

* Proficient in MS Teams and MS Office applications: Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Project.

Desired skills:

* Experience in financial services field.

* Understand how to create user flows and UI mockups.

* Ability to understand and manipulate data for analysis.

* Basic knowledge of JSON, Swagger, Postman and internet browser developer tools.
