Business analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities.- Produce Data maps between source and target systems.- Interpret data and analyze results.- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Project co-ordination.Basic Qualifications:- 3 years of Interpreting data and analyzing results.- 3 years in Data mapping projects- 3 years of SQL- Project coordinationPreferences/Nice to have:- Life insurance industry experience- System migrationsEducation:- Bachelor's degree in a related field#INDFSINS#L1-NAMAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
