Senior High - 7 BLT Team Member Expectations: For targeted schools: Continue learning about the ESSA process laid out by the State/Federal Regulations. Actively facilitate weekly grade-level PLC Meetings Engage in the SAMI process for a full day outside of contract time. Uses ESSA (for targeted schools) and building goal data to create an action plan with the BLT team to improve building practices. Collects evidence of ESSA (for targeted schools) and builds goal data through classroom observations to ensure equitable implementation. Support and promote team decisions and beliefs during and outside team meetings when working with colleagues and grade-level teams. Contributes to building-level professional development and/or communication with building goals, progress, and action steps. Attendance: Mandatory full-day meetings on June 7, 11, and August 13. Monthly building-level meetings up to 1 hour. Additional meetings as needed throughout the school year.
