This role offers the opportunity to transition to a fully remote position following a comprehensive 4-week training period in Irving, Texas.
Salary: $19 per hour
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality customer service to clients, addressing inquiries about product details and order statuses.
Collaborate with team members to ensure service excellence and efficient problem resolution.
Manage data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; additional coursework or college degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in data entry or processing within a fast-paced office setting.
3-5 years of experience in the construction or related industry is highly advantageous.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong keyboarding skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
