Type: 3 month contract (with potential of going perm) Position Overview:
The Break Fix Technician will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our client's medical equipment devices, thereby contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. Job Responsibilities: Identify and diagnose technical issues with medical equipment machines through comprehensive troubleshooting, diagnostic, repair, and connectivity procedures. Perform timely and efficient repairs on malfunctioning or damaged components of the medical equipment machines, including but not limited to hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Replace defective parts and components following manufacturer guidelines and specifications. Conduct thorough testing and quality checks on repaired machines to ensure optimal performance and accuracy in blood pressure measurements. Maintain detailed records of service and repair activities, including work performed, parts used, and testing results. Generate accurate reports to document machine status and maintenance history. Manage inventory cycle counting of spare parts, and equipment necessary for repair and maintenance tasks. Ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment to support service operations. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in electronics, mechanical engineering, or related field preferred. Prior experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electronic and software devices, preferably medical equipment, or similar technology. Technical aptitude with the ability to interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software applications, PC devices, and ethernet cables for equipment testing, programming, connectivity testing and analysis. Prior ERP experience Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; ability to systematically diagnose and resolve technical issues. Apply Today!
