We are hiring a Recruiting & Marketing Intern to join our team and work out of our Phoenix office. The ideal candidate is gritty,open minded, accountable, and team oriented. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in recruiting & HR, while making a positive impact on many small businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Be open-minded and coachable to tasks necessary to deliver for our clients. Screen resumes and send direct messages to consistently fill the recruiting pipeline. Conduct phone interviews utilizing the M & Co. models Have fun and be able to hold conversations while staying on task Dress professionally and represent our Brand well Track results and report to your Supervisor daily Attend all one-on-one meetings scheduled with your Supervisor Consistently hit weekly goals Pay Scale & Benefits:
$15/hr + opportunities for bonuses 15 to 25 hours per week Training and Ongoing Education will be provided Learn about small business consulting and the art of behavioral interviewing Possible full-time position at the end of the contracted internship Build a strong network of connections across the country Requirements:
