We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop a sound financial future for our global brand. We work closely with teams across the company, international subsidiaries, as well as with external partners to ensure a world-class finance organization. Our team contains experts from fields like tax, treasury, purchasing, FP&A, and more.
What You'll Do
Provide assistance with the credit and collections process at Epic.
In this role, you will
Independently prepare, maintain, and audit data, bills, and invoices
Ensure accurate and timely processing of billing/invoices
Coordinate the submission of electronic invoices through invoicing platforms and/or emails
Review new and updated billing instructions from clients and ensure adherence to the guidelines
Issue customer statements and credit memos and andle billing inquiries, research and resolve billing errors as required
Help identify and implement processes, procedures, and billing automation enhancements to increase effectiveness and efficiency of operation
Interact with internal and external customers to deliver a high standard of customer service and track Accounts Receivable and coordinate collection efforts with Accounts Receivable Manager and Business Development
What we're looking for
3+ years of related experience in Billing/Accounting/Finance
Ability to plan, multi-task and prioritize
Proficiency with MS Office and advanced excel skills
SOX experience a plus
Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions while possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills
Solid analytical and technical skills
Hands-on, flexible, and a team player able to function in a fast-paced, agile environment
Experience working in an ERP system
