We are looking for a Bilingual Human Resource Manager  to support our organization. 
Job Duties: Promote a positive work culture by fostering employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.  Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.  Collaborate with department managers to identify training and development needs and execution.  Collaborate and manage vendor relationships for full-cycle recruiting efforts and HR tasks and initiatives. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations and company policies.  Maintain accurate HR records and reporting metrics.  Handle employee inquires, concerns and requests in a timely manner.  Conduct investigations related to HR matters as needed.  Collaborate and assist in payroll processing.  Perform other duties assigned as needed.  Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field strongly preferred; but will consider experience in lieu of education. Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish. Experiences as HR Generalist preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.  Highest level of integrity.  Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.  Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.  This list of functions, duties, responsibilities, and skills is not intended to be all-inclusive, and the employer reserves the right to assign additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
