Professional Oversight:

Conduct psychological assessments to inform educational decisions.
Travel to various school sites as required, with travel expenses reimbursed.
Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and consultations.
Provide crisis intervention services, assessing risk and coordinating responses.
Communicate assessment results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Adhere to ethical standards set by professional associations and licensing boards.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning.
Collaborate with school staff and parents to implement effective interventions and support strategies.
Provide comprehensive psychological services to students in need fluently in both English and Spanish.
Requirements A Graduate Degree in School Psychology or a related field, either at the Master's or Doctoral level, is required. Additionally, candidates must hold Illinois State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist. Experience in educational settings with culturally and linguistically diverse populations is preferred. A commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement in service delivery is essential. Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish is required, with the ability to conduct assessments and provide counseling services in both languages.
