As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Safety Professional to lead our safety initiatives and uphold our commitment to workplace safety.
Position Overview: We are seeking a Safety Professional to spearhead our company's safety profile. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in construction safety, with a deep understanding of industry best practices and regulations. While 3 years of experience is preferred, we welcome applicants who demonstrate a strong passion for safety and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company guidelines. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Provide safety training and education for employees at all levels, emphasizing the importance of safe work practices. Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze root causes, and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety into all phases of construction, from planning and design to execution and completion. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety incidents, inspections, and training activities. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory updates, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications:
The successfully hired candidate will be BI-LINGUAL in English and Spanish  Professional certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety, CSP, or CHST are highly desirable. Proven experience in construction safety, with a strong understanding of safety principles, regulations, and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate employees at all levels. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing safety concerns. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Willingness to relocate to Southwest Kansas and reside in a fully furnished residence provided by the company. Benefits:
