Responsibilities
• Promptly acknowledge and greet guests entering the store• Offer friendly and knowledgeable service, prioritizing guest needs• Answer questions about products and services and make recommendations• Inform guests of promotions and book appointments for in-store events• Provide exceptional guest service to reduce theft and handle sales and refunds• Execute resets, planograms, and merchandising according to company standards• Participate in inventory preparation and execution• Receive and handle shipment within guidelines• Maintain store cleanliness• Stay informed about products to better serve guests
Requirements
• High school diploma preferred• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination• Passion for superior guest service and building relationships• Sales and troubleshooting competency• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to stand, bend, and lift 50 pounds
