Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional guest experience and drive sales through customer service• Promote and educate guests on credit and loyalty programs to build loyalty• Execute store merchandising direction and standards• Manage product flow and inventory• Perform store operations functions• Utilize company standard software, systems, and procedures• Work in a team to accomplish goals• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Customer service experience preferred• Strong verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and in a team• Helpful attitude towards guests and team members• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes• Experience with Zebra PDA and POS Systems• Ability to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays• Must meet physical demands of the job• Must possess reliable transportation
