Bartender

Seeking motivated Bartenders for fast-paced Brasserie Qualifications: 2 years experience required Must have a flexible schedule, including weekends and most holidays Friendly and Outgoing **The below job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that is required. Job Duties: Working with management on smooth guest service Constantly providing exceptional customer service to guests Assisting management and staff with private party set-up and ease of service Demonstrates proficiency in open and closing duties Promotes the importance of teamwork and maintaining an efficient work situation Able to create a wide range of cocktail drinks Respect for fellow employees and guests Follow health and safety procedures laid out by management, city, state and federal requirements Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Minimum  2 years   experience in a fast-paced high end restaurant Experience crafting various cocktails, knowledge of spirits and wines Excellent communication skills -verbally interacts with management, team members and guests Must maintain tact and remain cool under pressure Computer knowledge helpful To apply, please respond to this job posting with an up to date resume in Word or PDF format.
