• Ensure the efficient operation of the shop and perform automotive maintenance and repair tasks.• Diagnose and fix problems using state-of-the-art equipment and technology.• Communicate with customers to determine the best solutions for their automotive issues.• Build strong rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service.• Keep the shop clean, complete paperwork, and assist coworkers as needed.• Continuously research new advancements and techniques in automotive repair.
