Our Automotive Service Manager is a high energy professional who not only leads by example but is also a team player who supports the employees that work for them. An Automotive Service Manager takes on many different roles as they manage the day-to-day operations of one of our centers, including: generating sales, communicating with customers, building client relationships, managing the technical team, and ensuring that all employees are adhering to AAMCO policies and procedures.  
Position Duties & Responsibilities:  This is a demanding and important role – you must not be afraid of hard work! 
Manage inbound leads as well as customer satisfaction ratings 
Generate cold leads and close sales 
Meet, greet and recommend services to customers 
Manage technician workflow and the status of the customers vehicles' repairs 
Order parts and manage inventory 
Deliver a high level of customer service and quality control over all aspect of the center's business, operations, and work product 
Compensation and Benefits:  Annual salary of $40,000-$50,000 + commission

Job Requirements:  Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience OR equivalent sales/operational experience with a track record of success 
Unwavering drive for results

Excellent one-time closing skills 
Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building 
Ability to communicate and use interpersonal skills at a sustained high level 
Capable of multi-tasking and executing in a fast-paced environment
