As an Automotive Service Advisor your primary responsibility is to advise customers on the available maintenance service options when their vehicles needs Maintenance and repair. We're counting on you to develop extensive product knowledge and serve our customers with a friendly smile and honest guidance.

Ascertain reason for customer visit through verbal interview and visual assessment of the vehicle. Connect customers with the appropriate automotive mechanic or technician. Consult with mechanics regarding appropriate service options. Act as a cashier for your customers Call the customer with any and all updates or items needed for the repair Strong problem-solving skills Ability to communicate well with others Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record Pre employment drug test is required
