Schedule: Full Time

Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts. Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle repairs and address any questions or concerns they may have Comfortably and clearly explain all completed work and charges to the customer Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of service orders Collaborate closely with service technicians, parts department, and other dealership personnel to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction Qualifications At least 1 year of Service Advisor experience Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately document service requests and recommendations Proficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive service software systems Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures is a plus Clean driving record and valid driver's license (2 yr min) Must be willing to submit a background screening Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
