Mills Auto Group is seeking an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Clerk for our Harvey Accounting office. Applicant should have good organizational skills. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions. Previous dealership experience a plus but accounts payable experience a must!WE OFFER:* Health, Dental, Medical after 60 days* 401K* Paid Time OffRESPONSIBILITIES:Post all payable invoices and purchase ordersIssue vendor payments /checksPrepare accounts receivable statements and send to AR customersPrepare daily deposit from sales, parts and service.Receipt in checks and ensure they are posted to the right accounts and invoices.Perform basic and routine accounting functionsMaintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accountsHandle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assignedREQUIREMENTS:Proficient with standard computer software and accounting softwareAutomotive DMS helpful but not requiredExcellent customer service and communication skills
