Responsibilities
• Answer customer calls and schedule service or sales appointments• Respond promptly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates• Provide initial product information and direct customers to the appropriate resources• Follow up with leads who are not ready to make an appointment or no-show• Participate in team and process development sessions• Utilize CRM and DMS dealership systems• Respond to email inquiries professionally and promptly• Assist customers with vehicle selection and service issues
Requirements
• Strong computer, verbal, and written communication skills• Previous customer service experience preferred• Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude• Prompt and courteous demeanor• Positive and hardworking personality• Time management and prioritization skills• Ability to multitask and attention to detail• Self-motivated and goal oriented
