Responsibilities:
Handle a caseload of professional liability or construction litigation matters from inception to resolution. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members. Requirements:
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar. 2-15 years of experience in professional liability or construction litigation. Strong litigation experience, including courtroom appearances. Excellent communication, research, and writing skills. Benefits:
