The Opportunity:
As we embark on a rebranding journey, we're searching for an Associate Manager, Social Media and Community who shares our vision and values. In this role, you will play a vital part in amplifying our message and executing tasks related to social media content creation and community engagement across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to develop and organize our social media calendar, ensuring content resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand identity.
- Create compelling digital assets for social media posts, stories, and more, showcasing our products and values effectively.
- Edit video content to produce engaging reels and clips for social media platforms.
- Craft engaging social media captions and digital content that reflect our brand voice and resonate with our audience.
- Monitor social media trends and health-related topics, identifying opportunities to enhance Symphony's online presence.
- Foster relationships with influencers and affiliates in the health and wellness community, driving brand awareness and engagement.
- Track and analyze social media metrics, providing insights to optimize our social initiatives and enhance audience engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support campaign ideation and execution, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and comments across social media platforms, maintaining a positive and engaging online presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in social media management, preferably in the health and wellness or e-commerce industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate Symphony's mission and values effectively.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for natural health and wellness, with knowledge of dietary supplements and nutrition preferred.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Trello, Agorapulse) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
