Your role involves collaborating closely with team members to grasp client objectives and provide unwavering support in achieving them.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a pillar of support for the team, assisting in various tasks such as gathering supplier details, creating RFPs, and analyzing reports.
Keep our databases updated with the latest information and changes, ensuring smooth operations.
Facilitate clear and effective communication among all stakeholders.
Dive into our web applications, particularly Cvent, to track processes and data points.
Assist in preparing client reports and actively participate in team meetings and calls.
Embark on a journey to learn contract negotiation skills and techniques.
Foster cross-departmental collaboration and provide valuable insights for process improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments through training sessions, webinars, and networking opportunities.
Embrace flexibility in working hours to accommodate client needs and time zone differences.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Meetings Industry or related field; experience in venue sourcing is a plus.
A college degree or equivalent experience in the Meeting Industry.
Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with database management programs, especially Cvent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
Integrity and ethics are non-negotiable.
Ability to work remotely and take direction effectively.
A keenness to learn and adapt to internal and client policies and procedures.
