Are you an aspiring professional seeking an opportunity to make a difference? Join our team as an Associate of Advisor Relations at the company, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Advisor Relations team and associated Committees. Your primary mission will be to ensure effective communication of our financial products and services throughout our network. Additionally, you'll assist with the internal sales desk and contribute to special projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Pensionmark advisors and internal client teams to ensure seamless execution of operational services and deliverables.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with new and existing advisors through proactive communication, addressing inquiries, and providing documentation support.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new and existing branches within our network.
- Participate actively in the sales desk activities including proposal generation, vendor relations, and Request for Proposal (RFP) assistance.
- Contribute proactively to firm initiatives directed by management.
- Available to contribute to special projects related to advisor support.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or related field preferred.
- FINRA Series 6, 7, or 65 preferred or willingness to obtain upon employment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retirement plan, customer service, or relationship management.
- Ability to thrive in a remote environment, meeting deadlines and working effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
- Clean Form U4 required.
Compensation
- Salary for this position generally ranges between $64,000-$76,000, based on candidate qualifications and operational needs.
