• Conduct financial transactions between customers and the Bank• Handle customer inquiries and problems• Maintain favorable customer and employee relations• Perform supervisory duties in the absence of Teller Supervisor
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required• Minimum one year previous bank Teller and/or cash handling/customer service experience preferred• Strong customer service focus• Ability to listen to customer needs and suggest solutions• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Ability to learn and utilize multiple computer applications• Previous supervisor's experience preferred
