Responsibilities
• Build rapport with guests and Ulta Beauty Associates• Provide product recommendations during services• Learn from and assist a mentor stylist• Meet/exceed individual sales and productivity goals• Attend education events and workshops• Assist with store duties• Adhere to Salon standards• Attend monthly business development meetings• Demonstrate personal style while adhering to dress code
Requirements
• 18+ years old with Cosmetology diploma and license• Basic understanding of salon techniques• Basic understanding of equipment and chemicals• Able to demonstrate, recommend, and sell hair care and makeup products• Good communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
