• Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff• Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere• Assisting with staff management• Scheduling and supervising• Resolving or escalating employee issues• Front desk activities• Overseeing cleanliness and maintenance• Ordering supplies• Tracking statistics and reports• Providing backup support for absent employees
Requirements
• Superior customer service skills• Experience as a Member Service Representative at Planet Fitness• Solid supervisory, diplomacy, and listening skills• Basic computer proficiency• Hardworking, enthusiastic, and energetic• Must obtain CPR/AED Certification and Tanning Certification• High school diploma/GED equivalent required• Must be 18 years of age or older
