• Operate all equipment• Stock ingredients• Prepare products• Receive and process telephone orders• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork• Clean equipment and facility daily
Requirements
• Ability to comprehend and communicate well verbally and written with customers and co-workers• Exposure to temperature changes ranging from 32 to 90 degrees• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped working areas, hot surfaces/tools, and moving mechanical parts• Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching and use of hands
