Assistant Director Of Nursing

Job Description: Here at the Vistas at Bettendorf we are looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing. The responsibility of the Assistant Director of Nursing is to assist the Director of Nursing in the operation of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility and as directed by the Administrator and the Medical Director, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all time. Must have all skill sets required of nurses.Must meet all continuing education, licensure, and certification requirements, whether internal or external that are mandated by the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals, the State of Iowa or the facility policy.
