Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of immersive training and orientation experiences, fostering awareness and appreciation for our mission of sustainability. Identify and implement learning and performance improvement strategies that align with the resort's strategic direction, adding value to meet our evolving needs. Cultivate a continuous learning culture for all team members, ensuring ongoing growth and development. Partner with stakeholders to develop managers' leadership skills and ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills for service excellence. Drive the recruitment process, attracting and selecting candidates who embody our organizational culture and values. Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to lead a sustainable selection process and identify key strategies for attracting and retaining top talent. Support team member relations programs and activities to maintain a positive work environment and foster employee engagement. Assist in the development and execution of internal communication initiatives to enhance transparency and alignment. Support traditional HR functions including onboarding, compliance, recruiting, employee relations, and benefit administration. Skills and Experience: Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment. Experience in hotel/resort openings is preferred. Professional certification (SHRM or HRCI) is desirable. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and positive demeanor. Ability to move throughout the resort and effectively respond to team member needs. Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Education & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred. Alternatively, equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
