Asphalt Division Manager

The Asphalt Division Manager is a key role in our organization, responsible for managing, leading, and overseeing the processes and operations of the Asphalt Division. The Asphalt Division Manager will be responsible for effective communication, customer service, organization, and problem-solving. The Asphalt Division Manager will ensure that production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop plans and strategies in order to meet the division's short and long-term goals. Monitor and analyze the activities of the Asphalt Division. Develop and implement procedures and systems to improve the quality and efficiency of production. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders. Monitor and review the performance of staff and take any necessary corrective action. Analyze data to identify potential problems and take appropriate action. Ensure that safety protocols are followed. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications:
Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of asphalt production processes. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits 401k
