Architect Project Manager Responsibilities:
* Develop and produce various design and construction documents
* Lead and coordinate project team members, deadlines and budgets
* Participate in presentations and client meetings
Architect Project Manager Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
* 5+ years of experience in custom homes preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* 3D Revit exp
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneousl
* Strong organizational and people management skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills
