Responsibilities
• Schedule appointments with customers to discuss vehicle purchase• Follow-up using phone, email, and text messaging• Provide excellent customer service• Attention to detail is important• No cold calling required• Receive extensive training• Be available to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts• Work on the last Sunday of the month and occasional Sundays throughout the year• Average of 43 hours per week• Opportunity for growth within the organization
Requirements
• Immediate availability for a full-time career• No automotive experience required• Professional appearance• High energy• Positive attitude• Strong communication skills• Experience in hospitality, debt collection, call center, telemarketing, recruiting, customer service, mortgage, financial, or insurance industries is a plus
