Responsibilities
• Act as interface between the user, vendor, and systems programming and operations• Ensure IT applications are functional, available, and meet organization standards and end-user requirements• Test software for proper operation, resolve application issues, and document resolution• Devise improvements to current procedures and develop test models• Perform workflow analysis and recommend quality improvements• Train users on system features and limitations• Interface with user community to understand security and business needs• Implement solutions to accommodate user needs and maintain security• Coordinate operations of assigned applications and assist with special processing• Perform other duties/projects as assigned
Requirements
• AS in computer-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience• Minimum of five (5) years Information Systems or relevant functional area• Demonstrated understanding of technical computer operations in a client/server environment• IT Project management experience preferred• Professional/clinical licensure may be required based on assigned applications
