Job Responsibilities
Manage Holman's internal environmental sustainability program, across multiple different business lines, industries and states, including tracking, monitoring and reporting issues related to environmental sustainability, to include, but not limited to: water consumption, waste management, and energy consumption.
Track KPIs and report on initiatives related to corporate social responsibility to include, but not limited to, our diversity, equity and inclusion and charitable giving efforts.
Support the development and implementation of Holman's sustainability and environmental initiatives, policies and legislation; write and apply for grants towards implementation of environmental initiatives if applicable.
Research and communicate national and state environmental sustainability initiatives and legislation.
Engage Holman's internal Sustainability advisory board and all corporate social responsibility Ambassador groups which are made up of passionate employees in the areas of environmental sustainability, wellness, and community support.
Support employee sustainability events designed to motivate and mobilize the employee base toward the achievement of Holman's corporate social responsibility goals and initiatives.
Develop and communicate Holman's efforts and advancements in the area of corporate social responsibility to Holman employees and leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain internal and external materials, to include, but not limited to, Holman websites and RFP responses.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Relevant Work Experience
Must have 3-5 years of relevant work experience to include project management, business analytics, development of professional presentations, and experience establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
Experience with Energy Star Portfolio Manager, CDP, EcoVadis, SBTi, and other international reporting standards is preferred.

Education and/or Training
Bachelor's degree required.
Advanced sustainability degrees or certifications preferred.
Understanding of current environmental sustainability markets, governing agencies, political and legislative agendas
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $56,400.00 - $81,775.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
