Job Summary We are seeking hybrid – MI or remote Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Insurance Agents. This position will be located in the company's headquarters of Highland Park, MI, or remotely in the U.S. in the following states: AL, FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, MO, MT, NM, NC, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WV. The ideal candidate will have four (4) or more years of personal lines customer service or a similar account manager position with exposure to high net wealth accounts and specialty carriers. Key Responsibilities The individual in this position will be responsible for servicing multi-state clients, including, but not limited to, coverage and exposure analysis, endorsement activity, billing questions, problem-solving, renewal presentations, preparation of quotes/proposals, and binding coverage.
Provides professional, accurate, and timely assistance while building relationships with carriers and the client to ultimately ensure client satisfaction and increased NPS rating. Presents clients with accurate market data from appropriate resources to advise and counsel on complex risks. Understands, introduces, and leverages the products and services available as appropriate, including surplus lines and excess flood placement. Prepare and conduct annual client renewal reviews, including client exposures, loss experience, and recommend appropriate products and services based on client risk profile. Responsible for updating and maintaining the client account within a customer relationship management (CRM) system to include the accuracy of binders, policies, and other relevant documents that are delivered to clients. Partners with carriers' underwriting teams to negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits, and pricing. Qualfications Active Property and Casualty License. 4+ years of personal lines insurance customer service experience. Preferred experience with high-net-worth carriers such as Chubb, Pure, AIG, etc. Excellent written communication skills. Writes clearly and proactively; edits communications for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents information effectively without the use of technical jargon. Self-confident with the ability to make sound independent decisions. Proficient in using a variety of computer programs, including CRM, MS Office, and carrier quoting tools. Highly professional and self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and an energetic personality. Salary $47,500 - $79,000 (Base + Performance Incentives)
