The Agency Solutions Manager is a strategic, forward thinking, enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our partners business at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships with Performance / Direct Response agencies in CENAM and Caribbean and be recognized as a platform and product expert by demonstrating sharp skills in media planning, strategy, technical expertise and measurement.With proven understanding of performance marketing, this role is responsible for partnering with Agency Partners and a cross functional team to nurture and develop trusted relationships, educate the market and drive revenue through strategic selling and optimizing complex opportunities.Success in this position requires strong consultative sales, analytical, technical and measurement skills, with a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast moving, team-focused environment.





Agency Solutions Manager – CENAM & Caribbean Responsibilities: Own and be accountable for quarterly and annual revenue goals, rhythm of business, pipeline management and growth goals across a diversified book of the largest agencies in CENAM & Caribbean Act as a Marketing Solutions Expert In partnership with Agency Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.) Serve as external product consultant educating agencies and advertisers on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions Manage relationships with key agencies (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.) Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation Project Management and Internal Operations Project manage complex & dynamic work streams Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance Proficient in advising Meta solutions to drive brand & performance outcomes Ability to travel internationally 25% of the time Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, and digital management roles Working with digital media in Latin America in one of the following (Platform, advertiser, agency, or representative/reseller) Advanced digital advertising measurement & statistical methods and technologies Experience using SQL, running forecasting analysis and implementing solutions based on data insights. Experience with Excel, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering insights Problem solving experience, navigating complexity Experience working with cross-functional teams with experience influencing c-level executives Demonstrated experience presenting ideas Knowledge and familiarity of Lead Generation verticals and eCommerce category Fluent in both Spanish and English Preferred Qualifications: Deep understanding of Meta's products & solutions to independently inform media/creative recommendations Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech) BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field About Meta: Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
