What You'll Do:
In this critical role, you will manage end-to-end service delivery for our clients. Your tasks will include:
Overseeing application service operations for medium to large accounts, ensuring all client-specific objectives are met.
Developing operational plans and preparing for demand forecasts and resources.
Crafting and adapting strategies to meet client needs and ensure contractual compliance.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective problem resolution and proactive strategy development.
Monitoring budget compliance and expenditures to align with strategic objectives.
Facilitating communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new and existing applications.
Guiding and mentoring team members to foster an environment of growth and development.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least nine years of experience in support services, project or program management within the technology industry.
Proficiency in our products, operating systems, and computer systems usage.
Ideally, experience in healthcare claims processing.
Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
Minimal travel requirements (0-10%).

Competitive salary range of $85,600 to $107,000 per year, adjusted based on regional cost of living, experience, and qualifications.
