Administrative Specialist

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
§ Assists customers in locating parts which includes broadcasting to other CD's for part availability
§ Assists in placing orders for the warehouse, placing direct orders and billing the direct orders, consisting of receiving, adding freight, and shipping the invoice for billing purposes)
§ Responsible for quoting prices for customers
§ Responsible for sending core RGA's to customers to send back the core owed
§ Responsible for sending backorder lists to customers and editing when necessary at customer's request
§ Responsible for completing warehouse transfers and resolving problem transfers that go into an exception stage
§ Responsible for overseeing the picked stage tickets, and ensuring that they are properly billed, which is includes following up various staff
§ Responsible for assisting in warranty concerns as needed
§ Responsible for processing the check deposits received via mail and via the check scanner and notifying DCA accounting department
§ Responsible for processing new part returns
§ Responsible for processing credit card payments and completing shipping feedback, and notifies accounts receivables about the payment details
§ Responsible for providing invoices to customers that do not "auto" receive
