Description :
The Administrative Associate will provide administrative and operational support under general supervision for Office of the Chief Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Officer (CEDIO), including:
Calendar support : managing complex calendars and arranging in-person and virtual meetings Project management : establishing electronic filing systems, implementing processes for tracking milestones for complex multi-step initiatives aligned with a comprehensive strategic plan Meeting management : scheduling meetings, recording notes, managing meeting documents, establishing processes to track action items, etc. Outreach and Community Building : establishing and managing electronic mailing lists of internal and external constituent groups, developing documents for distribution Event management : managing all event logistics, including room reservations, marketing and communication, registration, catering, etc. General administrative support : establishing and managing general office email accounts and calendars, developing web-based forms to gather data from internal stakeholders, maintaining approved content on internal and external websites, etc. Requirements: Must haves: 1) Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
2) Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Google Docs, Box, Qualtrics, and electronic engagement tools
3) Proven ability to establish electronic filing systems and implement processes for tracking milestones for multi-step initiatives
Qualifications: High School Diploma and three years of administrative experience Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Google Docs, Box, Qualtrics, Smartsheet, and electronic stakeholder engagement tools (e.g., Padlet, Slido, etc.) Experience engaging and supporting executive leaders Proven ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail Preferred: Experience at medical center Experience launching new programs or initiatives To know more about current opportunities at LeadStack, please visit us at
