Administrative Assistant

Title: Administrative Assistant Employment Type: Direct Hire Location: Fort Worth, TX Salary: $25-27/hr Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm Qualifications — 1+ years of administrative experience in a safety-related environment
— Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations and Driver Qualification Files
—  Familiarity with safety regulations, procedures, and best practices
— Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Corporate Safety Department by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. They will handle administrative tasks, maintain documentation, and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment for employees.
Document Management -Track DOT driver documents
-Respond to DOT employment verification requests company-wide
-Issue certificates of Insurance to customers upon request
Compliance Management -Monitor and track employee insurance for those needing additional coverage
-Assist with coordination of the random drug test program
-Update the DOT accident register
-Request police reports for accidents
-Assist with Driver Qualification file management
-Support license monitoring efforts
