We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Education Adjunct Faculty Member to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to teach Collaborative Leadership in an online setting, contributing to our mission of academic excellence and fostering a vibrant learning community.
Responsibilities:
Teach Collaborative Leadership in an online format, providing engaging and interactive learning experiences for students.
Facilitate synchronous online sessions with the class approximately 6-8 times per semester, fostering meaningful discussions and collaboration.
Regularly engage with students through our online learning platform, Canvas, offering high-quality feedback and support to enhance student learning.
Articulate and embody our university's Reformational perspective and mission in your teaching approach, integrating faith and learning in a meaningful way.
Participate actively as a member of our adjunct faculty team, contributing to departmental and university administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
An earned doctoral degree in education or a related field is required, demonstrating a deep understanding of educational principles and practices.
Experience in online teaching is preferred, along with a background in leading, teaching, and learning within the field of education.
A strong commitment to excellence in graduate-level teaching, including curriculum design and ongoing student assessment.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
A personal commitment to Christ's lordship over all aspects of life, as well as an active Christian faith that aligns with the mission of the university.
Familiarity with and adherence to our university's policies regarding sexuality, gender identity, and sexual conduct.
