Accounts Receivable Clerk

```
Duties:
- Process and record accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare and send customer invoices, statements, and reminders
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely collection
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or disputes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions and electronic filing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or related field
- Strong understanding of double entry bookkeeping principles
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies
- Proficient in 10-key typing and math skills
- Experience with accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or similar programs
