Accounts Payable

Job Description:

General Motors is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable associate in our Charlotte, North Carolina office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and possess a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies- Assist with month-end close processes- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable- Strong organizational and time management skills- Adaptable and passionate personality traits- Innovative and proactive approach to problem-solving- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
