Worksite Location: Litchfield, MN (hybrid, 2 days in office)$75-100k No direct reports, Sr. Accountants encouraged to apply! What you'll do as an Accounting Manager: Perform month-end close process, including processing journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial reporting Work daily with the Area General Manager to support business decisions and drive process improvement and profitability in the financial and operating value streams Work with the Regional Finance Manager to support financial planning and analysis with the Service Center, including annual budget development Provide guidance to the Finance staff for job costing, inventory counting & analysis, accounts payable, labor entry, expense reporting Perform Ad-Hoc analysis to drive data-based decisions to grow sales and profitability What you'll bring to the Accounting Manager role: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance5+ years of Accounting experience preferred Cost Accounting is required Proficient with MS Excel/Word/Outlook Working knowledge of accounting systems and month-end close processes Take the first step on your new career path!To submit yourself for consideration for this role, simply click the apply button and complete our mobile-friendly online application.
